Abstract

Penelitian yang meneliti tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Perum BULOG Kanwil Jatim dengan menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, loyalitas dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 65 orang responden dan pengukuran skala Likert. Data hasil kuesioner diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, loyalitas dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, variabel disiplin kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Akan tetapi, variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan loyalitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan loyalitas tidak selalu menurunkan atau meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.
