The population in this study was Management students of Majapahit Islamic University totaling 200 students and a sample of 6.8 students using proportional random sampling techniques. The scale used is the Likert scale. The type of measurement scale in this study is an ordinal scale that is converted into interval scale data through MSI (Method of Successive Interval). The results showed that the variables (1) Ethical commitment, (2) Advertising actors (endorsers), (3) Consumer buying attitudes, (4) Purchase intentions in good condition results. Sociolla salah satu gerai produk kosmetik yang<br />mulai diminati pasar karena memberikan potongan harga pada produk bundling, flash sale<br />dan juga extra voucher belanja. Selain memberikan voucher belanja, Sociolla juga<br />memberikan gratis ongkir dan web Sociolla juga memberikan kemudahan untuk mengatasi<br />problem yang dimiliki oleh konsumen seperti melacak pesanan dan kemudahan untuk<br />melakukan transaksi pembayaran melalui dompet digital maupun kartu debit/kredit.<br />Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keadilan harga, risiko yang dirasakan<br />dan nilai yang dirasakan terhadap niat pembelian kembali produk Sociolla. Populasi<br />penelitian ini adalah konsumen Sociolla di seluruh Indonesia yang sudah pernah membeli<br />produk Sociolla melalui aplikasi SOCO maupun offline store sedangkan sampel penelitian<br />ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 161 responden konsumen Sociolla yang<br />pernah membeli produk Sociolla melalui aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla dan offlline store<br />minimal dua kali pembelian dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian<br />ini menggunakan PLS dalam dua tahap yaitu uji measurement model dan uji structural<br />model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Keadilan harga berpengaruh signifikan positif<br />terhadap nilai yang dirasakan. (2) Risiko yang dirasakan berpengaruh signifikan positif<br />terhadap nilai yang dirasakan. Indonesia telah mendapatkan pengakuan dan menduduki peringkat ke 3 di sektor modest fashion dan berdiri sebagai pemimpin global dalam industri halal. Fokus pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia melibatkan analisis awareness terhadap produk halal, strategi promosi dan periklanan yang digunakan serta persepsi konsumen terhadap fashion muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh halal awareness dan advertising terhadap minat pembelian fashion muslim pada Tokopedia melalui persepsi konsumen sebagai variable intervening. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya.Penelitian ini memiliki variabel intervening, maka harus dilakukan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan uji sobel. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 138 responden yang diperoleh dengan metode simple random sampling. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan software Eviews 10 dengan metode analisis regresi berganda dan uji jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa halal awareness dan advertising masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat pembelian dan persepsi konsumen. Sedangkan variable persepsi konsumen juga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pembelian fashion muslim di Tokopedia. This research method uses a quantitative approach using the Explanatory Research method, which aims to explain the position of the variables that have been investigated and the relationship between one variable and other variables. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques, and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via Google Forms. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square method using Smart PLS 4.0 Software. The research shows that workforce diversity is considered capable of positively and significantly influencing employee performance. This research also provides an understanding of the role of Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment as Mediating Variables in the relationship between Workforce Diversity and Employee Performance. This research confirms that workforce diversity has been managed well through various programs prepared inclusively, providing awards, recognition, and fair treatment. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression with the Eviews 12 application. The conclusion of the first research model states that partially only the leverage and profitability ratios have a significant effect on Price Book Value. Still, simultaneously the liquidity, leverage, activity, and profitability </em><em>ratio </em><em>have a</em><em> positive</em><em> effect on Price Book Value. This finding is related to the special characteristics of the telecommunications industry which prioritizes service and trust.
